The therapists have individual specialities so we have listed who does which treatments.

A specialist holistic treatment to aid relaxation and help bring about a balance within the body, based on the principle that reflex points on the soles, tops and sides of the feet are connected to corresponding areas throughout the body.  Reduces stress and promotes a sense of well-being.

Slow gentle massage of the body and face with an individual mix of essential oils blended from a choice of thirty oils – tailored to your needs on the day. Includes back, legs, arms face and scalp for complete relaxation.

Combines the aromatherapy back massage with reflexology treatment.

HOT STONES MASSAGE                       1 HR     £70     Alex
The Hot Stones Massage is a wonderfully warming and relaxing experience. Using hot stones of various sizes on parts of the body from the forehead to between the toes, giving a deep massage and creating a sensation of warmth and comfort. The heat from the stones feels great and is also therapeutic – helping detox the body and relaxing the nervous system. The stones used are smooth, volcanic basalt that transfer their heat to the body over a long time. Cold marble stones are then used after the hot stones to stimulate the body leaving you feeling completely refreshed and invigorated. Using hot and cold stones together can improve the functioning of the circulatory system and aid the body´s self-healing processes.

A safe, gentle non-intrusive healing technique where Reiki (‘spiritual energy’ or ´universal lifeforce energy´)  flows through a person´s hands, placed and normally held still in specific positions on the head and body. There is no pressure, manipulation or massage, and as the energy flows into the recipient it helps to balance, heal and harmonise all aspects of the person – body, mind, emotions and spirit.

A revitalizing, uplifting, invigorating and very relaxing treatment that involves massaging the upper back, shoulders, scalp and face. Using acupressure points on the head and scalp region bringing relief from many ailments including migraines, headaches, stiff neck, insomnia. Can be done in a seated or lying down position – with or without oil.

Deep massage to specific muscles to relieve muscle ache and tension. Particularly useful after exercise.

An invigorating full body massage including back, legs, arms and neck) to stimulate circulation and relieve muscle aches. Designed for relaxation and stress relief; aids circulation and lymphatic drainage.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE                           1 HR     £70     Menno
Particularly useful for problem areas or injured, very tense muscles. Remedial massage targets those areas using pressure release techniques to release and alleviate those problems.

THE DORN METHOD                            1 HR     £70     Alex
The Dorn Method is a gentle, effective and very safe treatment which helps to alleviate misalignment, the cause of back and joint pain. Without ´clicking´ and ´crunching´, safe and gentle techniques and exercises help the joints and vertebrae move gently back into their natural position. The treatment starts with a consultation as there are certain conditions where you should avoid The Dorn Method. In some instances your doctor´s permission may be required.

SPA BODY WRAPS

A detoxifying body treatment that includes body scrub, moisturising back of leg and back massage, followed by a warm seaweed detox body mask, with a scalp massage. Finished with body moisturising.

A body treatment that includes body scrub, moisturising back of leg and back aloe vera hydrating gel massage, followed by a warm hydrating body mask, with a scalp massage. Finished with body moisturising.

HOT PINDA SPICE                                2 HRS   £120     Amanda
This treatment starts off with gentle body stretching performed with a Turkish foulard and followed by a spice body scrub then a hot pinda ( steam heated rice and spice filled bag) massage, then your silk body wrap cream is applied and left on for approximately 15 minutes while a mini Indian head massage is enjoyed finally the silk is massaged in as the moisturiser.

Pure indulgence but without the calories! A body brush, chocolate scrub followed by chocolate wrap and completed by the application of moisturiser.
